Each item sent to us, ranging from a small pack of artisan lightbulbs to large pieces of custom furniture, is opened and inspected by Grant, our receiving house manager, who ensures the items are exactly what was ordered, and undamaged. The pieces are then safely repackaged, and stored in a private room in our climate-controlled storage facility.
