Not a thing was found to be broken and the movers were in constant good spirit and in good accord during the 2 hours it took to travel from the top floor of one dwelling, through the crowded streets of New York and into the new apartment.

When one chooses a service whatever it might be they must be lucky, especially if things go as hoped. When we chose Morris Moving out of a number of others from whom we had gotten estimates, we were lucky! In our case price was not the deciding factor. We seemed to have had a rapport from our very first meeting.

Okay, I’m convinced now! Your men did a great job. They were friendly, efficient, and considerate. And when they left us in our new home, all our furniture was placed where we wanted it, cartons were neatly stacked in the areas where they were to be unloaded, and there was scarcely a scratch to show we had been moved some 80 miles.

Jacob wasn’t kidding when he said he would send me the best guys for my move! Glen, Clifton and Sam arrived promptly and after an initial discussion, they quickly started to load the truck for my big move! At one point, I started getting overwhelmed and Glen reassured me that there was no need to feel anxious. From my initial call to Jacob to unloading at my new home, everything was handled with such professionalism! I loved my moving team! We moved to a building which had limited hours for move-in. Jacob Morris came to our house, walked through all the rooms with me and recommended that we get packed up one day, have our belongings stored at their facility overnight (at no additional charge) and then have everything delivered the next day. Jacob explained all the charges for the truck and 3-man crew we would need. Everything went well, the crew was very experienced and very professional, and made good suggestions about where to put things. They were on time both days. Final bill was very close to the estimate.
